We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in the funds management industry, looking to make a significant impact by supporting our distribution team in increasing funds under management. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with various teams, drive strategic sales activity, and provide exceptional service to our boutique partners.Key Responsibilities:Support the distribution team with preparation and collation of sales analytics on an ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly basisRespond to ad-hoc client requests via phone or email in a professional mannerCollaborate with marketing teams for the execution of marketing campaigns targeted at adviser networksProvide day-to-day operational support to the distribution team, including regular interactions and ad hoc requestsAssist in achieving national sales targets through lead follow-up of sales activities in line with service strategyDrive strategic sales activity for allocated accounts and boutique fundsEngage in account and relationship management with clientsSupport the distribution team with administrative tasks as requiredKey Requirements:2-3 years of experience, ideally with an understanding of Private MarketsKeen interest in the funds management industryAbility to build strong lasting relationshipsStrong organisational skills and proactive team memberHigh proficiency of MS suite of programs and Salesforce CRM ManagementPardot/Sales Engagement experience highly advantageousSelf-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently.A competitive salary package will be negotiated for the successful applicant.
