The Role White Peak Digital is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Associate who is eager to kickstart their career in business development.
This role will focus on converting inbound leads into successful sales and laying the groundwork for generating new inbound marketing strategies.
Within 12-24 months, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a Business Development Manager role , taking on greater responsibility for driving growth within our company.
You'll be working with an experienced and welcoming team who work together to share knowledge, learn from each other, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Manage and convert inbound sales leads through calls, emails and meetings Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Support the Business Development Manager in generating new marketing strategies to enhance lead generation Assist in executing inbound marketing initiatives to drive new leads and opportunities Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction Working to enhance the value we deliver to existing clients Identifying potential partnerships to leverage our service offering About You An independent work ethic that thrives under pressure 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing or a related field (preferred but not essential) Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop and implement revenue enhancing business and marketing strategies Expertise and experience in key account management, proposals, pitches and business development skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
