This role will focus on converting inbound leads into successful sales and laying the groundwork for generating new inbound marketing strategies.
Within 12-24 months, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a Business Development Manager role, taking on greater responsibility for driving growth within our company.

Manage and convert inbound sales leads through calls, emails and meetingsUnderstand client needs and provide tailored recommendationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clientsSupport the Business Development Manager in generating new marketing strategies to enhance lead generationAssist in executing inbound marketing initiatives to drive new leads and opportunitiesMonitor sales pipeline and provide regular progress reportsConduct market research to identify potential growth opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfactionWorking to enhance the value we deliver to existing clientsIdentifying potential partnerships to leverage our service offeringAbout YouAn independent work ethic that thrives under pressure1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing or a related field (preferred but not essential)Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentAbility to develop and implement revenue enhancing business and marketing strategiesExpertise and experience in key account management, proposals, pitches and business development skills
