Job Highlights: Monday to Friday, Flexible work schedule within client's business hours in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Role Objective: Identify and drive business opportunities to expand the company's market presence in Australia, focusing on infrastructure and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives targeting the Australian market.Manage comprehensive tender processes for government and private sector projects.Prepare compelling proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).Craft and submit competitive bids for infrastructure and construction projects.Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.Required Qualifications: Extensive experience in business development within Australian construction/infrastructure markets.Proven track record of successful tender management.Strong understanding of tendering processes and bidding strategies.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.In-depth knowledge of Australian construction industry regulations and trends.Desired Skills: Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.Proficiency in proposal writing and presentation.Network of industry contacts.Technical understanding of infrastructure and construction projects.Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates, and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
