About the Role Located at our Head Office in Elermore Vale, The Business Development and Stakeholder Engagement Manager is a pivotal role within Atwea, directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
This position is focused on driving the growth and development of the organisation through targeted programs, the identification and acquisition of grants and funding opportunities, and marketing strategies to drive our stakeholder engagement.
This full-time role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional with a track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
Successful applicants should be able to confidently:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the organisation's objectives, focusing on programs, funding, and grants to enhance our educational services across Alesco Secondary School and Training Services (RTO).Establish and maintain strong, efficient relationships with State and Local Government entities, other agencies, key local community leaders, and influential groups to drive the organisation's mission forward.Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities for enhanced brand positioning, new program development, and potential funding sources.Research and identify grants and funding opportunities that align with the organisation's mission and strategic goals.
Write and submit compelling grant proposals and funding applications to secure financial support for programs and initiatives across both Alesco and Training Services.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of stakeholder engagement initiatives, marketing strategies, and other key deliverables.Develop and deliver an efficient and effective marketing interface that is tailored to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.About You You already live by the values of Inclusion, Integrity, and Innovation.Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Social Planning/Community Development, Marketing, Business or related.Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related role, preferably within the education, training (RTO), or not-for-profit sector.Proven experience leading people through change.Excellent working knowledge of best practices in stakeholder engagement theory and practice.Excellent knowledge of marketing theory and practice.Atwea College requires: Valid NSW Working With Children Check and current National Criminal Police Record Check prior to the commencement of employment.Child Protection Training and other ongoing legislative training as required, once employed.Drivers Licence.About our PERKS!
