This position is a national role, so while being based in Melbourne will be an advantage, it is certainly not essential and we are open to candidates living across Australia.Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, managing relationships with key accounts, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.
This role involves both sales and marketing responsibilities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue targets.To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the same industry (plumbing or water).You will also need to demonstrate:Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.As this role requires travel, it is important that you are available to do so.
