This role is critical in helping us identify new opportunities, analyse market trends, and provide data-driven insights that will shape the direction of our business. By joining our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring we remain agile and competitive in an industry that's constantly evolving.
You will take the lead delving into various channels and analyzing competitor intel, with pricing insights and customer behaviours being at the top of the list, which will help to identify new growth areas and optimize our marketing efforts.
Your role will be critical in developing, maintaining and presenting key reports and dashboards to Senior Leaders within the business, clearly articulating your findings on what the market trends are telling us.
But it doesn't stop there. You'll always be collaborating with our product engineers, finance team and customer growth teams to ensure we remain ahead of the curve, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You'll even assist in the coordination and attending trade shows and expos.
Your expertise: We're looking for a proactive and innovative thinker, someone with a passion for discovering the hidden opportunities that drive growth and a true collaborator. Your background in data analysis, combined with a sharp eye for strategy, will make you a critical player in helping us refine our product offerings and maintain our competitive edge.
You'll bring at least three years of relevant experience, a strong background in data analysis, and excellent communication skills. Self-motivation and curiosity will drive you to explore various research channels, from pricing strategies and market share to distribution networks and customer buying behaviors.
