About the Opportunity We are a fun, energetic and talented team looking for someone who can help keep our current members engaged with our outstanding customer focused services, as well as identifying and reaching out to other WA businesses who may need our help.
Responsibilities of a Business Development Advisor (internally known as Member Engagement Advisor) include, but are not limited to: Making outbound calls to ensure we are delivering a high-level customer service and customer retention.
Assist in answering queries relating to CCIWA member services.
Developing and maintaining a target list of prospective Members.
Identify member needs and develop opportunities to cross and up-sell suitable CCIWA products and services.
Utilising the CRM to document and manage pipelines, member interactions and improve data quality.

This role is available on a full-time basis, based in Perth CBD .
About you You will be a customer focused individual, ready to pick up the phone and engage with the person on the other end.
You'll be driven by reaching KPI's and helping WA businesses.
You will bring to our Member Engagement team the following: Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers to ensure an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail Experience in a sales role and/or business development (ideally experience in B2B) Proven ability to efficiently deal with administration tasks.
