Your contributions will drive operational efficiency and help drive the ongoing growth and success of our pop up and media sales nationally.What you will be doingCreating and maintaining a variety of sales materials, both online and offline, as well as assisting in developing sales proposals, ensuring quick response times and streamlined processes.Overseeing the media production and installation process, including obtaining quotes, managing artwork, securing approvals and handling purchase orders.Coordinating major brand activations, including design, display, photography, risk management, site access forms and bespoke bump-in packs.Providing coverage for Business Development Executives (BDEs) during periods of leave or unavailability, ensuring smooth handovers and continuity of operations.
