About BlueRock On Demand BlueRock On Demand provides exceptional bookkeeping and outsourced payroll services.

What you'll be doingBusiness Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.Analyse market trends and competitors.Develop and implement sales strategies.Attend networking events to build relationships.Client Relationship Management: Ensure a smooth transition for new clients.Maintain regular contact to understand client needs.Act as the primary contact during onboarding.Sales and Marketing Support: Prepare and present client proposals.Develop promotional campaigns and materials.Track sales activities using CRM software (HubSpot).Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance.Provide updates on business development efforts.Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.Requirements We want to hear from people who have:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.Strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (HubSpot).Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits Our people love to work for us; here's why!
