The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Business Coordinator to join the Office of the Chief Executive on a full-time term basis.
The role is responsible for:
Providing administrative management and support for staff within the Office of the Chief Executive.Preparing budget and expenditure reports in consultation with the Team Leader, Business and Executive Support, and monitoring monthly reports, expenditure and budget variations.Overseeing the preparation of employment contracts, staff audit reports and workforce data statistics.Establishing and maintaining effective working linkages with the relevant central HR units on policy and procedural matters.About You We are looking for an organised individual with a strong ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders and provide advice to all levels of staff.
To be successful you will be experienced in the planning, preparation and reporting of budget allocations and knowledge of government accounting standards, policies and practice.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing advice relating to financial matters and human resources legislation.
