Disaster and Emergency Management are looking for a Business Continuity Manager to join their team. Metro South's Disaster and Emergency Management capability is responsible for developing, and working across the health service to implement effective disaster and emergency incident risk and business continuity management programs; coordinated planning, training and exercising activities; and incident management and emergency operations centre capability during response and recovery in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.

About the RoleManage the development of an HHS-wide business continuity program, in accordance with relevant legislation, international standards, and associated Metro South Health policies, frameworks, and plans to ensure efficient and pragmatic response to business disruption incidents.Mature business continuity arrangements and capability across the HHS through review of existing processes, gap analysis, engagement with services, and implementing changes.Ensure a high level of assurance in business continuity plans and arrangements through quality assurance and improvement activities.Support the management of business continuity incidents at the HHS-level, both in and out of hours, as part of the Metro South Health Disaster and Emergency Management function, as required.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence, shape our culture within Metro South Health.
