'Miles' is an ERP software specifically designed for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management.
It provides an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid-, and back-office functions, extensively customizable to meet customer needs through configuration.Job DescriptionAs a Business Consultant and Product Trainer, you will be responsible for implementing our ERP solutions for clients, gathering and analyzing project requirements, and providing expert business advice.
Additionally, you will design and deliver product training programs for internal team members and external customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the benefits of our ERP solution.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Consultant Responsibilities:Participate in requirements gathering workshops, analyzing requirements, and assessing impacts.Design functional and technical solutions based on gathered requirements.Negotiate with customers on special requests, ensuring product consistency and strategy alignment.Configure functional solutions and/or manage the configuration process.Safeguard requirement understanding throughout the delivery flow, collaborating with developers on solutions.Provide expert business advice, challenging assumptions to reveal actual needs.Product Trainer Responsibilities:Design and develop training programs for internal and external audiences.Supervise planning and delivery of training programs, identifying and addressing training needs.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, modifying content as needed.Schedule and organize in-house or remote training sessions, responding to customer and partner demands.The Right Fit for the RoleMinimum 5 years' experience with ERP implementations and consulting.Strong background in business processes and functional requirements.Experience in training team members and external customers.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to perform detailed analysis and propose high-level solutions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Fluency in English, as we are an international company.Knowledge or interest in loan, leasing, or mobility is a plus, but we also provide extensive onboarding to get you up to speed.Willingness to travel.This position, based in Sydney, offers a hybrid work model: three days in-office and two days remote.Candidates must possess full working rights in AustraliaWhat we offerAt Sofico, we welcome you to an international and multicultural company that has been thriving for over 30 years and is doubling in size every five years.
