We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to optimize our operations, streamline processes, and ensure our continued growth and success.
Key responsibilities Hold meetings to coordinate and consult with management across multiple departments (National Operations Coordinator, Finance & HR, National OH&S Coordinator, National Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager, Site Manager, Floor Supervisor, Operators) on an as needed basis, to assess requirements, resource considerations, and existing policies, procedures, process and workflows.
Assess and evaluating existing systems, procedures, and workflows for efficiency across all staff/departments within the organization Identify areas of opportunity for improvement and streamlined processes and workflows Prepare relevant supporting documentation and advise management accordingly in relation to existing gaps Provide recommendations for solutions which ensure streamlined workflows, and the business remains competitive and aligned with best practice Prepare necessary documentation (e.g.
procedure manuals and policies) and conduct training sessions within Departments and with respective teams to ensure adequate implementation of strategies, plans, policies or procedures.
Assist and ensure staff recruitment, induction and training/toolbox talks of operations and team leaders are aligned with organisational objectives and are conducted in a timely manner, on a regular basis Ensure employees are trained and cross trained per operational needs and according to training matrix Ensure code of conduct, is communicated, understood and adhered to across the organisation Ensure timely, correct and complete information flows across the organisation Monitor staff across various Departments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, systems and procedures (e.g.
updated chemical register) as well as performance in line with expected timelines and per customer requirements (Quality, Cost and Time) Monitor, review and assess strategies to ensure performance is aligned with organisational objectives and optimal use of organisations resources whilst ensuring adequate maintenance of records Assess work processes of multiple Departments to standardise and harmonise work flows and expectations across multiple locations.
Liaise with new and existing clients (QA, maintenance and production) on a frequent and regular basis for the purpose of resolving issues, building a sound relationship with the client and identifying opportunities Attend External/Internal Audits on an as needed basis Ensure the needs and expectations of our clientele are met within resource constraints for optimal efficiency Liaise with external parties to collect relevant information, ensure feasibility with current operations to ensure effective implementation of new policies, procedures and work flows in line with organisational resources Qualifications : Relevant Industry Qualifications Experience : Relevant Industry Experience Location: Hanwood, NSW 2680 Full-time Salary: AUD 90,100 plus Superannuation
