Business Consultant (CRM and Process Improvement) As a Business Consultant at Rapid Circle, you will be responsible for leading business transformation initiatives with a focus on process improvement and CRM implementation. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, gather detailed requirements, and build comprehensive roadmaps to drive success. This role involves strategic consulting without the technical implementation aspect, allowing you to leverage your expertise in business analysis and CRM strategy. Experience working in management consultancy firms like EY, Deloitte, or similar is highly valued.
About the Role Business Process Improvement: Identify and analyse current business processes to design and recommend improved workflows that align with clients' business goals. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly gather and document business requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions meet client needs. Strategic Consulting: Provide expert advice on best practices and strategies for CRM implementation, guiding clients in aligning CRM capabilities with their business objectives. Roadmap Development: Develop and present detailed roadmaps for CRM initiatives, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to drive successful project outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to manage expectations, build consensus, and ensure alignment with business goals throughout the CRM implementation lifecycle. Project Leadership: Lead CRM-related projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure project objectives are clearly understood. Change Management: Advise on change management strategies to support the successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization. Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends, especially in CRM systems, and recommend improvements to clients' business operations. Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction. Experience and Traits: 5+ years of experience in management consultancy, with a focus on business process improvement and CRM implementation (preferably with firms like EY, Deloitte, or similar). Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and strategic planning. Proven experience leading CRM implementation projects (experience with tools like Dynamics 365 is a plus, but the focus is on business rather than technical aspects). Ability to design and implement roadmaps that align CRM capabilities with business needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops. Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with change management principles to drive successful business transformation.
