The Opportunity We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Business Analysts who are interested in growing their career in Business and Project Services Consulting.
As a Terra Firma Business Consultant, you will benefit from working with a variety of our valued clients across a broad range of industry sectors.
You will work on long and short-term projects where your business analysis and process improvement skills will be showcased.
Reporting to the Consulting Capability Lead, you will be provided with ongoing leadership and support.
A typical assignment with one of our clients may include:
Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirementsPerforming "as is" and "to be" process and gap analysisModelling/mapping of business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvementsLeading stakeholder meetings and facilitating workshopsIdentifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impactsCreating functional specifications for solutionsEstimating costs and identifying business savingsSimplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole teamPlanning, overseeing, and contributing to system and user acceptance testingSupporting business transition and helping to establish changeThe Ideal Candidate You will have experience as a Generalist Business Analyst with a variety of industry experience under your belt.
You will have knowledge of BA and project approaches including Agile, SCRUM (nice to have) and more traditional requirements as well as functional, change or process analysis.
You may also have some experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN or other process tools.
CRM, qualifications and/or certifications in Agile, SaFE, IIBA or BABoK are also highly regarded.
You will be flexible to travel to client sites in the Melbourne metro area including the outer Western Suburbs.
