YOUR ROLE The Business Compliance Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Finished Vehicle Logistics branch to adhere to compliance standards. This role ensures that all administrative and operational activities, processes, and systems related to site compliance align with company guidelines. The coordinator actively contributes to maintaining and enhancing service standards for our customers, providing essential support to sustain a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Specifically, you will:
Manage tasks in CEVA's QHSE system (Myosh) including scheduling and conducting regular audits to ensure safety compliance across the site.Manage all Quality and Total Compliance Assurance (TCA) tasks, actively supporting Business Process Excellence (BPE) initiatives, and conducting thorough audits to uphold high standards.Sustain and enhance the 5S programme, ensuring an organised, efficient, and compliant workplace through regular assessments and improvements.Deliver training sessions and assess team members against company Work Instructions and Safe Work Practices (SWPs) to ensure competency and compliance.Conduct comprehensive site inductions for new team members, contractors, and visitors, as well as manage annual renewal processes to maintain compliance.Perform regular site inspections, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement to ensure all activities align with compliance requirements.Handle general administrative tasks, including account coordination, documentation management, and report preparation.Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support the team and contribute to operational success.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Our ideal candidate has some experience gained in a quality and/or compliance related role in any industry together with administrative support experience in a professional environment, and:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.Knowledge of compliance standards, quality management, and safety regulations.Experience with documentation management and report preparation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good planning, organisational, and time management abilities.Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and escalate issues when necessary.Effective team collaboration skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
