Business Club Manager Boondall Snap FitnessSnap Fitness Boondall is seeking a Club Manager who is passionate about all things health and fitness. This is your chance to really own the growth of this club and drive memberships in a full-time permanent position. The Club had a refurbishment about 18 months ago with new equipment and decals.The club offers quality state of the art equipment by Matrix and we are searching for someone who has strong industry experience, a passion for expanding their knowledge along with growing the club and a person who is naturally creative and innovative with their marketing and sales strategy.ResponsibilitiesCommunity and Engagement: Create a welcoming, fun atmosphere where members feel at home. Lead by example, whether through social media interactions, member onboarding, or wellness check-ins.Sales and Growth: Drive lead generation, membership growth, and retention strategies with an ambitious goal of adding 200 members over the next year to 18 months. Your sales expertise will be essential in growing our club's success.Team Leadership: Hire, manage, mentor, and motivate a small team of personal trainers to deliver top-notch member experiences and hit club targets.This is a full-time position with an immediate start available for the right person. Duties will include:Driving sales through local community and corporate outreachInnovation and strategic marketing to drive membership growthLeading and managing a team of personal trainersMaintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S etc)Club administration including reportingOwning the social media strategy for the clubHiring and overseeing a personal training teamAbout YouTo be considered, it is essential you have the experience of managing the day-to-day operations of a busy health club plus a proven track record in growing and driving sales. You will have:Health and fitness sales and marketing experienceStrong leadership skillsOwn car and open licenceCurrent First Aid Certificate & CPRTertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce are advantageous.
