Business & Change Analyst The Business & Change Analyst will support the successful delivery of strategic projects by bridging the gap between business needs and change management initiatives.
In this role, you will analyse business processes, assess change impacts, and implement strategies to optimise business performance.
This position is crucial for ensuring that our clients projects align with business objectives while facilitating smooth transitions for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Lead change impact assessments to understand project effects on stakeholders and develop change management plans.
Develop comprehensive communication and training plans to support user adoption and project success.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Monitor project progress, report on change adoption, and address any resistance or issues.
Provide continuous feedback and insights to optimize change initiatives and business outcomes.
Key Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Change Analyst, preferably with experience in large-scale projects.
Proven experience in business process analysis, change management methodologies (e.g., BABOK, PROSCI, ADKAR), and project lifecycle management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to create clear documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and training materials.
