Join us and be part of a dynamic team transforming how people work!ORGANISATION RELATIONSHIPS & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT• Collaborate with the Centre Team Members and management to align with the Company's policies and procedures and ensure objectives are understood and implemented.• Promote awareness of the facilities within the Community.• Cultivate a strong sense of Community within the Centre where clients are introduced to others to create effective workplace relationships and ensure a positive working atmosphere.• Maintain the Community Boards/screens, hosting regular morning teas, networking functions and regular 'wine downs'.• Take appropriate, effective corrective action to address and prevent the recurrence of any complaints and non-conformances.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage all daily requirements, including the centre's opening and closing, Member requirements, sales leads, renewals, meeting room bookings, and mail distribution when required.• Work with the centre team to facilitate internal/external event promotions.• Attend to sales leads and meeting room enquiries from start to finish, following company processes and liaising with all departments to ensure a favourable client experience and outcome. This also includes the input and maintenance of these enquiries in HubSpot.• Ensure centres are adequately staffed and 'run' with cover for staff absences, ensuring arrangements are made and communicated to the relevant parties.• Ensure that your centre reaches the monthly profit goals set in the budget.• Ensure effective communication between all team members, enabling the staff to provide high-standard customer service to our clients efficiently• Manage the efficient set-up and 'onboarding' of all new clients (eg. office set up, inductions, allocationof phone extension, updating of applicable registers, notifying staff) based on current policies and procedures• Manage all aspects of invoicing for your centre, and debt collection for your centre• Prepare weekly reports for Management, such as sales/occupancy reports, variable reports, and a meeting room cluster report• Profit and Loss Review for your centres every month• Ensure all Team Members are trained and inducted into the centre per current proceduresSALES AND LEASING:• Touring and follow-up of potential clients at each assigned location.• Prepare and follow up on all proposals sent per current processes.• Liaise with the Sales Area Director on all tours and enquiries.MAINTENANCE:• Responsible for maintaining your assigned centre/s (i.e., daily cleanliness of the facility, such as lights, cleaning, carpets, walls, and general presentation).• Manage all other maintenance requests for the centre to ensure that it is always kept in excellent condition.NETWORKING:• Hosting weekly afternoon drinks and regular networking events for clients in your assigned Centre locations per the schedule agreed upon with theArea Sales Manager.OTHER:Any other duties reasonably requested in line with any of the above.This Role is to support a 12-month maternity leave.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have lead generation experience?
