Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a career in Retail branch operations, MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with large financial organisations for a Business Banking Trainee in local branches across Tasmania. This is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identified role. About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:
Provide customers with a positive branch experienceEngage in needs-based conversations with customersProvide advice and educate customers on digital solutionsTeach customers on self-service ways of bankingGeneral banking and telling duties; money handling, facilitating transactions and ATM Maintenance What we're looking for: Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone mannerAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to take direction and work within a teamPunctual, reliable and positive attitudeCustomer service/ money handling experience (highly desirable)Prior to their formal offer, the successful candidate is required to undergo a Police Check.What can you expect from us?
