Providing customers with a positive branch experienceEngaging in needs-based conversations with customersProviding advice and educating customers on digital solutionsTeaching customers on self-service ways of bankingGeneral banking and telling duties; money handling, facilitating transactions and ATM maintenanceWhat we're looking for: Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone mannerAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to take direction and work within a teamPunctual, reliable and positive attitudeCustomer service/money handling experience (highly desirable)Prior to their formal offer, the successful candidate is required to undergo a Police Check.What can you expect from us?
