About the RoleAs a Business Banking Manager in our Small to Medium Enterprise Banking Premium Pod, you'll play a key role in helping to proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers through client acquisition, cross-sell, referrals, and ongoing relationship management.

What will your day look like?As a Business Banking Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Participate in high volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound callingProvide high quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-based managed portfolioRetain and grow existing customersUnderstand customer ambitions and help them realise their business growth and development goalsContribute to a high performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioningMeet assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecardEngage with existing small business customersManage a team-based customer portfolioCollaborate effectively with Lighthouse & CSO enablement teamsMaintain deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutionsWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Relationship Management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesPortfolio Management: The selection, prioritisation and management of a portfolio of work/and or customers in line with its strategic objectives and capacity to deliverCustomer Solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or servicesCredit Assessment and Management: Assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving a customer's credit worthinessData Analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insightsYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
