In this role, you will: Originate business lending and paired lending applications exclusively for premium broker-introduced customers in Darwin.
Generate revenue through discovery and execution of lending and non-lending needs of the customer.
Identify and promote the bank's products and services exclusively to broker-introduced customers.
Undertake weekly proactive visits and calls to your broker network including face-to-face meetings to build broker relationships and support business development.
Create Broker loyalty through delivery of exceptional service to broker and customer.
Hold and apply a credit approval authority to analyse, prepare and assess lending applications.

We're searching for candidates who can bring… Commercial acumen and experience in business lending (may include term/mortgage loan or asset-based finance).
Strong track record of meeting sales targets in all economic cycles (a passion for people and business development).
Adept at working with customers to uncover their needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Superb time management and feels at ease delivering to high demand.
