The role Reporting into the State Business Banking Executive R&A SA/NT, you will be the pillar of the local community in NT and will have responsibility for the development, leadership and delivery of local NAB partners' strategy for the region across a complex product encompassing all industry specialisations.
Accountable for maximising Tier 1 and 2 customer growth, people leadership and direction, driving key revenue & financial targets, leading customer focus and enhancing market presence. Provide leadership support in skills development, relationship development and guidance in achieving individual business plans to your team. Accountable for the execution of risk appetite and culture as per the B&PB Risk Appetite. Key influencer working across the region to bring to life NAB proposition, in particular growing/deepening industry specialisation. Significant Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accountability, with significant Revenue responsibilities, Lending footings and Deposits. Your opportunity We are searching for a seasoned banking professional who ideally will bring relevant market and industry knowledge.
An accomplished people leader, you will feel at ease in both strategy development and execution in a dynamic market.
Significant banking background in either business, private, corporate, credit or specialised business, or equivalent professional experience in a related career. Strategic customer relationship and operational management e.g.
maximising income mix, pipeline management, prospecting and acquisition, account planning, workload planning, etc. Experience in people leadership and delivering customer service and financial performance outcomes.
