We are currently recruiting Casuals for our Business Banking Associate role based in Sydney at South Eveleigh Office.Do Work that MattersAs an Associate within our Business Banking contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our small and medium business customers hear when they contact us. You will assist customers in managing their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:Corporate Card EnquiriesTechnical supportSimple customer service enquiriesSee Yourself in our TeamCasual positions are available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week: Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm; Weekends 8am to 8pm.This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home.
