About the role Building strong relationships with your business customers to provide tailored solutions to help meet their business and personal goals Origination of a range of solutions for businesses with commercial and residential lending up to $10 million, asset finance, merchant facilities and everyday banking solutions Being a brand ambassador within the local business community, building awareness of the IMB business banking proposition Liaising and collaborating with local commercial brokers Being part of a supportive and collaborative business banking and retail team Working with a quick approval and escalation process and less red tape.
About you Minimum 5 years small - medium commercial lending experience Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement/management skills Passion for business customers and community Enthusiasm for connecting in the community, love relationship management but are also comfortable finding new customers Tertiary qualifications in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related discipline will be highly regarded About IMB IMB Bank is a leading customer-owned bank offering a full range of products and services in both retail and business banking.
