In your new role, you will be a senior member of Transgrid's Technology team and responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business strategies to help drive the organisation's success.
You will lead the design and implementation of business processes, frameworks, and models that support the company's strategic objectives, creating a cohesive structure that aligns with its overall direction.
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, leadership, and management skills, along with extensive experience in the design, delivery, and governance of technology services.
About you Tertiary qualifications at degree level or equivalent experience in an IT Architecture management role. Experience with or certification in an IT Architecture framework, e.g.
TOGAF. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels. Strong leadership & management skills to build consensus and facilitate collaborative decision making. Extensive experience with the design, delivery, and governance of Technology services within a complex commercial or regulated environment. Extensive exposure to the strategic management of a diverse technology asset portfolio. Experience in managing teams. Experience in delivering technology strategy papers and architecture roadmaps, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with business goals to drive business value.
