One of our Federal government clients is seeking to engage Business Analyst/ Architect. Role: Business Analyst/ Architect
Location of work: Canberra
Length of contract: 3 Months
Contract extensions: 6 Months extension
Security Clearance: Australian Citizen with Baseline security clearance
Overview: The required services include delivering the following artefacts in the context of private and public sector best practice and in accordance with the Fraud Management Maturity Framework.
In Scope: Gap analysis: A 'gap analysis' of the client's current fraud management operating model and reference architecture.
Understand challenges, risks and capabilities based on existing work practices across the Enterprise.Target state operating model: Design and document the target operating model that enables addressing external fraud risks effectively and nimbly, supporting the client to systemically prevent, identify, and respond to fraud in the tax, super, and registry systems.Target state reference architecture: Design a holistic reference architecture that accounts for a changing digital fraud environment and considers authentication, monitoring and detection, use of data, and analytics (including automation and AI), control design, and investigation.Roadmap: Based on the future state, propose a high-level roadmap for implementation in the client context.Category: Enterprise and Business Architecture STPL / Organisational Capability Development OCDV-SFIA Level 6 Role
Description: Workshop facilitation to understand current state and future state aspirations and develop analysis and views to inform client outcomes, including target operating model and target IT infrastructure.
