Who are you?You have tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, or a related field, with experience developing and maintaining business or project delivery frameworks.
You excel at process mapping, designing tools, and driving improvements to enhance adherence to business processes.
With an understanding of change management, you collaborate with teams to implement and embed changes, contribute to training programs, and build user capabilities.
You bring expertise in analysing and reporting on lessons learned, conducting audits, and supporting continuous improvement by identifying gaps, monitoring compliance, and fostering understanding of business frameworks.
Your proactive and engaging approach ensures smooth integration of changes and drives operational excellence.
