Opportunity for an experienced Business and Change Manager to work on a highly visible multi-year data transformation program involving delivery of new data management and next generation data analytics solutions used to analyse nationally critical data in the Australian financial system.
You will lead a team of business analysts, data analysts and a change specialist to oversee the functional, operational, and technical change brought about by the introduction of new data solutions using the Agile (Scrum) methodology.
This includes enhancement and implementation of project and business change management strategies, frameworks, practices and reporting to ensure effective and efficient management of the Bank's change initiatives.
Your team
This position is part of the Corporate Services Group which provides technology, workplace and data management services to support the delivery of the Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional Scrum teams within the RBA, internal stakeholders and with external entities. As part of the team you will manage internal and external relationships, communicating and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders to successfully deliver change.
Your background
To be successful in this critical role you will possess;
Knowledge of business analysis, change management, release management and project management concepts and practices in large and complex project environments.Experience in managing a team of business analysts, data analysts and Change Management specialists on large scale projects.Experience in overseeing development of requirements and related documentation for new and enhanced systems and business processes.Experience in managing complex and large scale change arising from introduction of new enterprise data warehouse systems and processes.Proven experience in working on large scale Business and IT projects.Proven experience in operating within an Agile project environment and ideally certification in Agile Scrum methodology, Business Analysis and Change Management.
