This is a long term contract with 12 months initial term and 2x12 months options to extend, based on funding and approval. About the role To be successful in this role, you must have relevant industry certifications and experience in the field. A proven record of accomplishment in the analysis and design of successful business outcomes and strong client engagement is essential. You will be an innovative thinker and will thrive in an environment of rapid change, continuous improvement and be passionate about delivering real business benefits. Essential Role Requirements : Minimum 3-5 years business analysis experience in software delivery projects is required. Drive and manage business engagement with a focus on ICT systems. Experience working in complex ICT environments dealing with various software solutions including bespoke, off-the-shelf and cloud technology. Produce standard analysis artefacts such as "as-is'/"to-be" business process maps, user stories, high level requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, cost benefit analysis and benefits realisation plans. Experience with agile application development teams, experience working in agile software such as DevOps.
