Your opportunity Based at our easily accessible site in Milton, next door to Suncorp stadium, you will be a key player in facilitating successful business change initiatives.
You will help to define business problems and solutions via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.
You will confidently use qualitative and quantitative techniques to assess what is working or not, create solutions that improve processes, and provide insights on becoming more efficient.
In this position, you will: Contribute to a multi-disciplinary project team to understand, map, validate, and document business requirements including modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Support business transformation and help to establish change by collaborating with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision. Identify project stakeholders and establish customer classes, as well as their characteristics. Analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Demonstrate an understanding of and meet the requirements of the position and all performance expectations including maintaining currency of knowledge regarding relevant legislation, professional practice, and emerging trends. Participate in other duties and cross-functional teams as may be required to achieve efficient and effective yourtown services. What we are looking for You will be innovative, positive, flexible, results-driven, and enjoy taking ownership of tasks through to completion.
In addition, you will also possess:
Bachelor's degree in an area such as business, finance, or information technology. Minimum of five years of related work experience. Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development. Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organising, and managing resources. Working knowledge of Microsoft and Project Management software. Knowledge and some experience of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, CMI, LEAN).
