About the role
Due to internal moves we have x2 Business Analyst roles working as part of our BA Practice on initial 12 month contract engagements. These key roles will be working across a number of key initiatives across the fund to support key programs of work to deliver the best outcomes for our members. In these roles you will be building strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders across the fund, and other teams to ensure successful and customer centric delivery.
About you
To be successful you will have demonstrated ability to have a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements, providing innovative solutions effectively, with the ability to optimize and adapt agile and traditional methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery. You will have prior experience working within the superannuation / insurance domain and understand the complexities of these environments.
You will have a deep understanding of business analysis principles and agile methodologies; gap analysis, process modeling, data mapping, interface integration, APIs; demonstrated ability to work in Scrum, Kanban, and other frameworks with demonstrated ability to manage scoping, requirements and documents traceability to source out of scope & change request discussions. A background in testing will also help you succeed as in you will be supporting the production of Test Strategies, Test Plans, TSRs and the development of test use cases / scenarios. Includes coverage of ETE test cycle (UT, Integration/ETE Testing, Security & Pen Testing, UAT, PVT/BVT).
You will be comfortable with facilitating effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will love being part of a team, and sharing your ideas and thoughts in a collaborative and supportive environment.
