In the role of Business Analyst - Digital self-service, you will be responsible for helping businesses of all sizes to maintain and manage their business account with Woolworths at Work. In this position, you will partner well across the business to build impactful capabilities and empower our customers to manage their accounts digitally.

  Develop, build and maintain the backlog, ensuring all requirements and user stories align with product/business strategy. Translating requirements into user stories, including personas and acceptance criteria, ensures the stories can be tested holistically. Serve as a domain expert on the customer needs of enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses for a digital self-serve portal for managing customer accounts. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business processes and systems. Work alongside a passionate, cross-functional team of Product manager, agile delivery lead, engineers, and designers to execute the roadmap and deliver an amazing experience to our users. Monitor and measure feature performance post-go-live to identify areas for improvement. What you'll bring Previous experience in building and maturing complex digital self-service portals. Highly technical and have proven experience working with multiple systems and complex integrations. Prior e-commerce domain experience and B2B experience are strongly desirable. Make creative recommendations and contribute meaningfully in discussions. Experience working in an agile environment within a cross-functional team, bringing in the customer and business perspective and removing roadblocks. Experience working on eCommerce products. Experience in Jira/Confluence for managing boards and product documentation. Innovative thinking and demonstrated problem-solving skills. Data-centric and highly analytical - you can break down complex problems and bring clarity and simplicity to them. What you'll experience
