Module 1: Scoping The Work (1 - 2 hours) Draft questions for the business and technical teams in order to scope the project. Module 2: Process Design (30 minutes - 1 hour) Design how the process should work for guest users. Module 3: Measuring Success (30 minutes - 1 hour) To make sure the recommendations we've proposed are working, we'll need to develop metrics to measure the success of the feature.
