What you do: As an iSelect Business Analyst, your role is vital in analysing and interpreting business needs and processes within strategic programs and agile teams.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out a leading energy comparison service, leveraging both technical and non-technical insights.
Your responsibilities include developing current and future state business process maps and conducting assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement.
This involves identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, as well as estimating costs and potential savings.
In addition to these analytical tasks, you will engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements across various projects, including digital initiatives, CRM, telephony, partners, data and marketing.
Your expertise will be crucial in implementing effective solutions that align with organizational goals.
You will have the ability to be flexible and adaptable within a high pressure and changing environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
What you need: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a digital transformation project.
Demonstrated ability to effectively elicit, interpret, analyse and translate complex business information from a range of sources into documented solutions.
Energy and/or financial services industry experience highly regarded.
Process mapping experience, use of systems such as Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) is highly regarded Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised, and structured approach to managing workload and prioritisation.
Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall project management methodologies.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.
