Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst/Test Lead with experience in analysing business requirements and implementing automated tests to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to ensure they are clear and comprehensive.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure their requirements are met.
Communicate requirements to the development and testing teams.
Develop test plans that outline the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for testing activities and run tests to identify defects and ensure the software meets the specified requirements.
Complete business requirements, testing, and software quality assurance documentation in line with Digital & Technology Solutions frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst/Test Lead on large-scale, complex projects.
Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder management.
Expertise in test planning, test case development, and execution of both manual and automated tests.
Solid defect management and tracking experience with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with cyber security projects or programs is a plus.
