The Business Analyst (BA) will provide leadership and subject matter expertise on analytics, the effective use of process and the development of new and innovative ways of driving system-wide improvements. The BA will ensure a high standard analysis, reporting and business intelligence (BI) solutions are maintained and improved. Current projects include enhancement to existing systems such as TechnologyOne, as well as the implementation of new workflow systems including onboarding, rostering/time and attendance and dashboard management platform.

$106,288.52 - $121,422.08 + 11% Superannuation pa.
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications  1. Relevant technical accreditations and/or professional project management qualifications
2. In-depth experience in a Business Analyst role in a similar organisation. Including a leading role in planning and delivering end-to-end improvement projects.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS Human Resource Information Systems or similar systems in a diverse organisation
4. Experience in project management
5. Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Office365, Excel, BI, workflow
