As we embark on transformative initiatives, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Analyst to play a key role in implementing rostering and payroll transformation projects that will drive operational excellence and enhance the employee experience across our extensive retail network.

Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst specializing in rostering and payroll transformation, you will be a crucial contributor to the success of our retail operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Rostering Transformation: Lead and support the implementation of rostering solutions that optimize workforce management, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation across our nationwide retail locations.
HR Transformation: Drive HR transformation initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Service Delivery Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving service delivery processes and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and capture detailed business requirements for rostering and HR transformation projects.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making for workforce and HR management.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with retail operations teams, HR professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on rostering, HR transformation, and service delivery within the retail sector.
Strong understanding of retail operations and workforce management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with relevant software tools and technologies.
Ability to travel nationwide as needed.
