We are looking for a Business Analyst who has great attention to detail, loves to solve problems and is able to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. The role will be working with in the Hotels team, looking after the end-to-end flow of our Hotel product. 
Be part of our Global Supply business, which is a cross-functional global team responsible for the procurement, technology, reporting, financial management, pricing and support of FCTG's global supply chain. Our Global Supply team empowers our famous worldwide brands to deliver on their customer promise.
What you will be doing: Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals Facilitate communication between business and technical teams Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials What you will need: Minimum 2+ years professional experience in a business analyst role Experience within travel or other internet-scale environments Strong understanding of the travel or retail industry - PLEASE OUTLINE IN YOUR APPLICATION Background knowledge in discipline areas such as, requirements gathering process, design and architecture, etc Analytical skills and problem-solving skills Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement Ability to conduct virtual meetings and workshops Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical Attention to detail and effective organisation and time management skills Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills Location: South Brisbane head office
