In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional services to our customer organisation.This full-time position offers a hybrid working environment, allowing you to balance your time between the office and home. Within a broader national SIAM delivery framework in the Federal Government sector, you will collaborate with specialists in Service Management and technical teams, leading complex engagements and providing guidance to ServiceNow developers.Key Responsibilities:Lead the analysis and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify & translate technical requirements to effective integration solutions.Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.Provide technical guidance and support to the national team throughout the implementation lifecycle, from planning to deployment, offering mentorship and expertise to others.ABOUT YOUAs a seasoned professional in ServiceNow, you possess strong analytical skills and thrive in collaborative environments, engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs while sharing your expertise and mentoring others to foster growth and teamwork.We will require a candidate to have:Currently hold a minimum Government Security Clearances OR Australian Citizenship to gain required clearances.Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow business configuration.Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles, along with current and upcoming ServiceNow capabilities.Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer would be preferred but not essential.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.HOW TO APPLYIf you have the experience and skills we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you!
