Business Analyst (ServiceNow experienced)Australia - VICMelbourne - All locationsCBD & Inner SuburbsAdded Monday 26th of August 2024 12:30:00 PMLead ServiceNow ConsultantWe are currently seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Consultant to work closely with our client to understand their needs and challenges relating to a ServiceNow implementation.
You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and must be comfortable with face-to-face stakeholder interactions.
In addition to this, you will have experience leading teams.
This role will require you to work onsite from Melbourne CBD a minimum of 4 days a week.This is a 12-month daily rate contract.Role Responsibilities:Gather requirements and collaborate with the client to understand their business processes and needsProvide technical leadership to developers when designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions for clients to address their needsProvide guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing and optimizing ServiceNowRole Requirements:Experience with ServiceNow in a lead roleExperience leading a team of developers and providing technical leadershipStrong understanding of ITSM and CMDBHands-on experience with the implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administrationMust be consultative with the ability to push back on the client around ServiceNow capabilities and limitationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
