About the Role: Our client, a prominent organisation within the healthcare sector, is currently seeking a Business Analyst to lead the requirements validation, gathering, and procurement process for the Electronic Security Project.
The successful Business Analyst will lead the requirements gathering and procurement process (from preparation of key documentation to vendor selection), with the support of a Project Manager.

Responsibilities: Support the IT Project Manager to undertake a review of business processes, architectures, designs, and project plans for the provision of business solutions for large and complex projects and programs of work.Capture and analyse 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process models using approved methods and tools.Contribute to the delivery of consolidated and improved business services through developing and applying skills in business analysis processes.Consult and liaise extensively with clients and stakeholders to clarify and document business requirements to inform the procurement of new systems, enhancements to existing systems, and inform the development of processes and other solutions to meet client needs.Lead the project's involvement in a state government procurement process.Lead the development of high-quality and accurate project documents including detailed business case and procurement artefacts.Lead the development, and/or documentation of system operational support model(s).Assist in the development of a QICT vendor contract.Provide input to recommendations, findings, and a range of options to senior management ensuring client expectations are understood and agreed.Contribute to stakeholder engagement, assessment, and the development of a stakeholder matrix, and ongoing stakeholder management.Provide a support and mentoring role for other business analysts within the program/project(s).Ensure that proposed business solutions are in accordance with the strategic direction, standards, and protocols.Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resources management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, work, health and safety, and ethical behaviour.Develop a positive culture within Digital Health Services which encourages and recognises high performance, builds leadership capabilities, and supports staff to maximise their health and wellbeing.Mandatory Qualifications / Professional Registrations / Other Role Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Analysis roles, or similar transferable experience.Relevant Business Analysis qualifications and methodologies (such as BABOK, Agile, PRINCE2, etc.
).Experience working on state government procurement processes and/or knowledge of QICT contracts is advantageous.Experience working with Physical Security Systems (EACS, VMS, intercom, duress etc.
