$140,000 – $150,000 About the Role We have joined forces with a growing Salesforce partner as they look for an experienced Solution Consultant with deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate will help design and implement transformative revenue-focused solutions for their customers. This role focuses on optimizing subscription lifecycles, streamlining quote-to-cash processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Consulting:Collaborate with clients to identify challenges in their subscription management and revenue processes.Design and recommend Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions tailored to support subscription lifecycles, recurring billing, and consumption-based pricing models.Develop functional specifications and present detailed solution designs to stakeholders.Salesforce Revenue Cloud Implementation:Implement advanced pricing strategies such as tiered pricing, volume discounts, and promotional offers.Ensure seamless integration with subscription management platforms, ERP systems, and financial applications.SaaS Expertise and Subscription Management:Leverage knowledge of SaaS industry trends to design solutions that improve customer retention and lifetime value.Address common challenges like subscription churn, revenue leakage, and forecasting.Guide clients on best practices for managing SaaS customer lifecycles, from onboarding to renewal.Client Engagement and Enablement:Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them maximize the value of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and streamline operations.Conduct training sessions and workshops to support user adoption and solution effectiveness.Provide post-implementation support to ensure client success and satisfaction.Collaboration and Pre-Sales Support:Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client requirements.Support pre-sales efforts by creating solution demos, responding to RFPs, and participating in client presentations.Continuous Improvement and Innovation:Stay up to date on Salesforce Revenue Cloud releases and industry trends in SaaS and subscription management.Recommend innovative approaches to enhance subscription processes and optimize client revenue streams.Skills and Qualifications Technical and Industry Expertise:5+ years of Salesforce experience, including expertise with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription management platforms, and recurring revenue strategies.Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes and integrations with ERP and financial systems.Certifications:Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (required).Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).Certifications in SaaS-related tools or platforms (advantageous).Soft Skills:Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Think this is the role for you?
