In this role, you will collaborate closely with a select group of key managed services customers, acting as their trusted advisor and fostering long-term, strategic relationships.
Leveraging your strong Salesforce consulting experience and exceptional business analysis skills, you will design and deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable value for our clients.Client EngagementWhat you'll be doing:Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with key managed services customers, understanding their business needs and challenges.Act as the primary point of contact, providing strategic guidance and regular updates to stakeholders.Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within customer organisations.Solution Design & DeliveryLead discovery sessions to gather, analyse, and document customer requirements, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.Design scalable, efficient, and high-impact Salesforce solutions tailored to customer objectives.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.Managed Services ExcellenceMonitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of services that meet or exceed SLAs.Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.Conduct regular service reviews with customers, presenting insights, performance metrics, and recommendations.Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and service delivery leads, to ensure seamless service delivery.Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to enhance overall service quality and team performance.Process ImprovementContinuously assess customer processes and workflows, recommending optimisations to enhance productivity and outcomes.Provide feedback to improve internal managed services processes, tools, and methodologies.Thought LeadershipStay up-to-date with Salesforce platform developments, trends, and best practices, sharing insights with customers and internal teams.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, or webinars to educate customers on Salesforce features and capabilities.We'd Love You To HaveProven experience consulting within a technology focused environment, with a strong track record of delivering successful implementations or managed services engagements.Exceptional business analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Salesforce experience is a plus.Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) is highly desirable.Familiarity with ITIL processes and managed services delivery is an advantage.At J4RVIS, everyone has a purpose and everyone has a role no matter how big or small the role is.
