We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Subscription Management Platforms or SaaS solutions to join our Sydney-based team. This role focuses on driving strategic initiatives by developing detailed business cases, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze and document business requirements and workflows.

· Develop comprehensive business cases and ROI assessments.

· Collaborate with technical teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

· Provide insights into subscription management and SaaS best practices.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in SaaS or subscription management.

· Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience with platforms like Zuora, Salesforce Billing, or Chargebee is a plus.
