YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE This role is required to provide Business Analysis services across the People Systems Program of work with a focus on the implementation of the UKG Rostering system.
Skills Experience in working on Rostering and/or Payroll projects. Demonstrated track record in delivering Business Analysis services to a range of IT and business projects. An understanding of IT infrastructure, networks and systems including all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Demonstrated experience in the development of Business Analysis artefacts using formal industry methods. Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Effective time management and organisational skills. Positive attitude and commitment to the organisation with demonstrated behaviours that reflect the organisation's values. This is a Fixed Term role for the project duration. The Role is required to work 80 hours per fortnight, with an Accrued Day Off per month and 5 weeks Annual Leave with Leave Loading applicable.
The role reports to the Rostering Program Manager.

Position Summary This role is required to provide Business Analysis services across the People Systems Program of work with a focus on the implementation of the HRIS Rostering system.

Key Relationships Internal Project Team SME Working Group People and Culture Department Payroll Department Finance Department IMCT Department Wider Organisation External Consultants Vendors and Suppliers VCCC Precinct and Partners - Royal Women's Hospital and Melbourne Health VCCC Building Facility Manager (Honeywell) and Partners Key Accountabilities Key Accountabilities Requirements: Undertake stakeholder consultations, facilitate meetings and workshops to gather required business information for requirements definition and modelling of business operations. Work with the business to identify opportunities, process/system enhancements and suggest creative solutions. Build positive and constructive relationships with Peter Mac business units, vendor teams and program team. Document business requirements, business processes ('as is' and 'to be'), business rules, data models, interface specifications, report design and data flows as necessary. Input into and assist the program team in developing project approaches, timelines and budgets as required. Tender: Contribute to project tenders and other project documentation as necessary. Evaluate vendor proposals against business requirements. Project Execution: Participate in and support the planning, preparation and execution of quality assurance and verification activities such as user acceptance testing, data migration, integration and training. Provide support to respective Leads in change, testing, data migration, system integration and training as needed. Provide input on progress, issues and risks to the Project Manager. Engage Project Manager in issue resolution as necessary. Support change management strategies that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.
