Talenza have been engaged by a leader in the banking and insurances industries to hire an experienced Business Analyst with remediation experience.
About You
You will be an experienced Business Analyst with experience :

Conducting thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and remediation. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive remediation strategies. Utilising your expertise in financial services / insurance regulations and best practices to design and implement effective remediation solutions. Developing and maintaining detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and project plans. Providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the sector, with a focus on remediation projects. Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for driving positive change and delivering tangible results.
