About the Role
This role is central to driving effective collaboration across operational and functional teams.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to analyse challenges, propose solutions, and ensure measurable outcomes.
By advocating a customer-centric approach, you'll play a key role in shaping and tracking initiatives that bring genuine value to Uniting's Residential Aged Care services.
Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Analysis: Understand complex business problems from multiple perspectives, including processes, data, and people factors.
